General: Inaugural Issue

The River Educator is a peer-reviewed educational journal published annually by the Rocky River City School District.  The River Educator publishes articles, position papers, literature reviews, program evaluations, case studies, editorials and other work relating to the field of K-12 education.  This showcase for sharing and celebrating the practice of education in the Rocky River City School District is published online and is free to access and download.  Submission to the journal is open to all RRCSD employees.  The River Educator is published using the Open Journal System, an open source solution to managing and publishing scholarly journals online.

Each issue of the River Educator addresses a specific theme; authors are invited to submit work relating to that theme.  Selected staff members will be invited to write for each issue.  In addition, all staff members are free to submit articles, position papers, literature reviews, program evaluations, case studies, and other work of general interest to the K-12 educational community.
